Slacker!!!!

I have skipped writing lately. Its been a slow start to the workouts…”whats my motivation”…cookies and ice cream at this point.

My plan for the weekend is to set up my trainer and get the bike looked at prior to setting everthing up. My motivation is to check in on here monday to see what I accomplished. Then I need to actually ride it.
