I didn’t eat enough prior so I was a little light headed when I got done. Weather has been crappy so I stayed in on the tread mill, but changed the incline up and down to change the resistance.

Long Run

While my son was at football practice I took the time to do a long run. Only 8 miles, but I’m trying to add milage back on so I can do a fall 1/2 marathon. Felt better than the 7 miles I did last week. Just need to lose this humidity!!
